Ponente Apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently built residential complex, 50 meters from the sea. There are both paid beach clubs where you can rent beach equipment and large free beaches. This two-room apartment measures approximately 50 square meters and features an outdoor patio furnished with a table and chairs. The apartment features a kitchen with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a traditional oven, a refrigerator and freezer, and a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules or similar. Amenities include a flat-screen LCD HD TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, a washing machine, and an iron and ironing board. A hairdryer is also provided.
